In the morning of 28th in New York Junlebao Dairy Group became the only Chinese winner of the “The Quality Summit for Excellence and Innovation in Diamond Category” issued at the 2018 IQS Quality Summit organized by B.I.D, the international authoritative quality assessment organization. It shows that the quality management model of Junlebao meets international advanced standards, and Chinese dairy industry has comparable quality level with international counterparts.
Founded in 1975, Business Initiative Directions (BID) is an internationally renowned quality assessment organization that has devoted itself to quality control and development for the past 30 years. Companies having won its quality award are always the leading players with high quality production in their industries around the world. For 2018 summit, BID spentsix months to select winners from large and medium-sized enterprises in 93 countries and regions, evaluating them on 12 aspects such as “quality control”, “commercial reputation” and “total quality management (TQM100)”. The quality management model of Junlebao delivered excellent performance under the rigorous review and comprehensive assessment of BID global experts, wining “The Quality Summit for Excellence and Innovation in Diamond Category”.

Thanks to the constant pursuant of product quality, Junlebao milk powder becomes the first brand in the global milk powder industry to get the BRC A+ certification which is a global standard for food safety. It also passed the sampling inspection of a third-party inspection agency based in Hong Kong and rated the highest. In 2017, the production and sales volume of Junlebao milk powder doubled to 2.5 billion yuan. Sales from January to April this year exceeded 1.5 billion yuan, doubling the year-on-year growth. Its production and sales volume have entered the forefront of the industry with 1.3 million Chinese babies drink Junlebao milk powder every day. Moreover, Junlebao milk powder is sold to Hong Kong and Macau, where demand exceeds supply for the past six months.
